LINE-X of Raleigh, formally known as ProTech Bedliners of the Triangle, is located on Signett Road in Raleigh, near the intersection of US 1 – Capital Boulevard and Millbrook Road.
Our facility specializes in the application of a non-porous, hybrid polyurea lining called LINE-X STANDARD which provides you with maximum protection and durability while letting your cargo slide in and out of the bed more easily. Not to mention, it is easy to clean and maintain so that your vehicle continues to look like new. LINE-X Bed Liners can be used for a variety of protective coating applications.

LINE-X Bedliners FAQs
The LINE-X STANDARD is sprayed up to 1/8” thick on the floor of the bed. However, the strength of the bed liner is not determined by how thick the liner is sprayed, but by the hardness and durability of the product. LINE-X Bedliners use the highest quality materials to give you maximum protection for your truck.
The time it takes to spray on the liner varies depending on the condition of the vehicle, how much preparation is needed and the humidity levels on the particular application day. For most truck applications, we advise that it usually takes around 4 hours to complete the whole process. Most people drop their trucks off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.
During the process of spraying the liner, the product dries within 10 seconds of each pass made. This is the chemical reaction that occurs by mixing the two chemicals at the right temperature. As a precaution, we advise that the product usually has a cure time of 24 hours before it can be put to full use. We usually tell people that it is safe to put light things in the back of the truck right after you leave, but don’t drag a refrigerator through it until tomorrow.

LINE-X Bedliners’ spray-in bedliners are meant to be a permanent application which gives your vehicle total protection, and we are sure you will never have the need to remove it. Although it may be possible to remove the liner, it would be very difficult.
Yes! LINE-X Bedliners will not warp, crack, peel or split because of weather or other environmental factors. LINE-X Bedliners work and look great in temperatures between -40 degrees F and 175 degrees F.
LINE-X STANDARD is a non-porous, hybrid polyurea lining. LINE-X PREMIUM is an aliphatic top coat, applied to create a UV stable coating.
LINE-X liners are designed for bare metal or previously painted surfaces. It’s also safe to be used on wood, concrete and metal surfaces. However, we warn against using it on surfaces that come directly in contact with heat or high temperatures such as mufflers, exhaust components and other high heat surfaces.
LINE-X Bedliners’ sprayed-on truck bed liners outperform all plastic drop-in liners, rubber mats and paint-like coatings. Unlike other liners, ours are built to last. A non-skid surface keeps your load in place, preventing cracks, peels or splits. This protective surface also stops rust and corrosion so your truck will look like new.
To keep the bed liner clean, wash it as you would the rest of your vehicle, or just hose it out with water. Do not use silicon-based products on your bed liner, as they will reduce its skid resistance.
